Get Connected

There are 4 main ways to get connected to Cru: (1) Our small groups which we call Gospel Communities (8PM on every Tuesday except for once a month). (2) “CRUsday” (our monthly large group meeting) which is at 8PM on one Tuesday of the month (follow us on Instagram to learn specific dates). (3) Our fun social events. (4) Our social media feed is always helpful to follow to stay up to date on what we are doing in Cru.

• Our large group meeting happens once a month instead of our normal Tuesday night Gospel Communities. CRUsday is at 8:00 PM in the Barfield Drawing Room (SUB). Follow us on Instagram to learn exact dates!
• CRUsday is the easiest way to check out what Cru is about and meet the people that make up Cru. We gather for an hour and a half to hear biblical teaching, spend time in worship, and get updated on Cru’s upcoming events.

• 10/9/26 – 10/11/26 – Fall Retreat – Enjoy a time away from Waco in the beautiful Texas hill country. We are headed to Riverbend Retreat Center on the Brazos River. Details such as cost and speaker info will be updated at the following link. Learn more and register online here!

• 1/2/27 – 1/6/27 – Winter Conference – Join Baylor Cru for our annual Winter Conference! 1,000 students from Cru movements all over Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, and Louisiana gather for 5 days of awesome teaching, worship, and late night hanging out. Commitment to a Gospel Community (small group Bible study) is one of the best ways to experience community and life the way God intended. We highly value having fun and walking with Jesus. We have locations all over campus; find one that works for you! All Gospel Communities meet at 8:00 p.m. on every Tuesday except for our once-a-month, large-group meeting (CRUsday). Although we meet in the freshmen dorms, these are NOT freshmen-only groups, and we have many upperclassmen involved as well. Also, if there is no GC in your dorm, please come join us at any other group of your choice.
